Account info you give us (name, email), your sport and training preferences from onboarding, the drills, streaks, and scores generated as you train, and the videos you record of yourself performing drills. Video analysis also produces pose/movement data (e.g. joint positions) used to give you form feedback.
To generate your personalized daily training plans, analyze your recorded drills and give you a score and feedback, track your streak and progress over time, and send you reminders and coaching notifications (which you can turn off in Settings).
Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and video storage. Google's Gemini API analyzes your submitted drill videos to generate scores and feedback — your video is sent to Gemini for this processing. Apple and Google handle all subscription billing; we never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat manages our subscription records on our behalf. We use PostHog to understand how the app is used (e.g. which screens and features you interact with) and Sentry to detect crashes and performance issues so we can fix them. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Mejora requests camera and microphone access so you can record your drills. Recordings are only made when you actively start one — the app doesn't access your camera or microphone in the background.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account — this removes your profile, training history, streaks, and recorded videos. This action can't be undone.
Mejora is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can review and update your info from the Profile tab at any time, and delete your account and data as described above. If you'd like a copy of your data or have another privacy request, contact us at support@getmejora.app.
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.
